Silicon Wrist Bands come in two sizes:

Adult Size:

210mm x 12mm x 2mm 

It will fit most adults and large-framed teenagers.

 

Child Size:

180mm x 12mm x 2mm

It will fit most teenagers, small-framed women, and children.

 

A large majority of silicon wristbands purchased are the smaller size.

Use this sizing page to determine the size of Silicon Wristband you would like order.
Before you print this document ensure that your printer does not shrink the document otherwise you will not have the correct lengths for the two Silicon Wristband sizes.

Instructions:
  • Cut out the two strips outlined to the right.
  • Once they are cut out, put the strips around your wrist or the wrist of the individual you would like to test for size.
  • Then, use tape to secure the ends together without any overlap.

You can also tape the ends together without putting them on a wrist to get an idea of size.
