In general we try to accommodate to our client's requests, however there are some rules we have to apply.
Non Personalised Products (Not printed etc)
Products may be returned within 14 days subject to the goods being returned are in good unused condition, and in their original packaging.
The cost of returning these products is the responsibility of the client. A restocking fee may apply.
In the event that the goods being returned are not the correct products as ordered, and subject to them being returned in good unused condition within the 14 days, and in their original packaging, Roma Enterprises will accept the cost of getting the goods back to us, and will replace the goods with the correct products and getting them back to the client at no additional cost.
Personalised Products
A Deposit of 60% may be required at the placement of the order with the balance payable on the delivery of the order by direct credit into our bank account.
Personalised Products, are NON returnable unless the products are faulty or the personalising of the product is faulty.
Payment is required in full 7 days after the delivery of the personalised or branded goods.

All Personalised work has to be proofed by fax and signed as correct and returned to us before any printing/embroidery is commenced unless mutually agreed otherwise before hand.
Indented Products
All products Indented specially for a client, require a deposit of 75% at the placement of the order.
If the non personalised product indented specifically for the client and meets all of the specifications requirements, then any returns will be subject to negotiation.
If the personalised product indented specifically for the client and meets the ordered specifications, these products are unable to be returned and immediate payment of the balance will be required.
Non Payment:
In the event of the non-payment of the debt, not being made by the due date of these Terms and Conditions, ALL costs, including interest @ 2.5% above overdraft Bank rates, that are incurred in the collection of this outstanding debt will be payable immediately by the Debtor.
