QUOTATIONS.
As we give you a TOTAL price quotation for personalising products, prices are not available direct on line due to the number of variances, such as: quantities required, number of colours to be printed, etc. etc.
Information that we need for giving a total quotation for the Personalising of the products are:
THE PRINTED PRODUCTS.
Are you requiring the printed products to be for promotional purposes?
If so, we would need to know the following:
What quantity do you require of each product?
How many colours are in the print?
When do you require the printed articles by?
The reason for enquiring about the possible delivery date is to make sure that we will have the quantity required in store to meet your needs.
Supplying the above information would assist us in giving you an accurate quotation.
Printing requirements needed for the personalising of the products are:
GRAPHIC FORMAT REQUIREMENTS.
We prefer electronic artwork wherever possible as this produces a much high quality print result.
The format we require is a vector line art editable file in any of the following formats.
EPS Encapsulated Postscript file.
CDR Coral Draw Format version 10 if possible.
FH Freehand with all text to paths.
AI Adobe Illustrator file format.
All of the above file formats need text converted to curves/paths.
The files formats below are generally not suitable for printing as the resolution is too low and they pixilated (zigzag) easily.
TIFF, JPEG, BMP, GIF or DOC file formats.
If supplying hard copy (laser printed) there may be a charge for scanning and cleaning up the scan.
* Colours: All colours have a 3 or 4 digit number . This is known as the PMS colour.
It means that the print colour will be matched as close as possible to the Logo colour used by your designer when your Logo was designed.
It also aids in the matching of the print colours when not printing on a white background.
It is highly recommended that you have your PMS colour numbers, as this can definitely avoid unhappy incidents if the colours are not up to your expectations.
