What is Indenting and is it for me?

It is another way of getting your Branded Conference/Promotional products for you.
It may be an advantage for you if you have time and quantity of products required on your side.
Please note: We will definitely continue to supply personalised products in the usual way. Indenting will in no way stop that.

What is required to be able to Indent products

for your next Conference/Promotion?

TIME. This is the main requirement, with quantity being the next.

For Conference Bags/Satchels, about 8 weeks is needed after the bag/satchel arrangement has been agreed to.

Quantity: Minimum 250units.

What are the advantages of indenting conference bags/satchels?
  1. Having the product made specifically for you, using your colour combinations. (Company Colours)

  2. Having the product made to your specific needs. (more pockets, different shoulder arrangement, etc)
  3. Branding will be completed before manufacture, this enables a greater and more cost effective method of branding.
  4. Made specifically for your Company or organisation.
What is needed to make the start?
  1. We need the approx quantity required.
  2. The date the products are required by.
  3. A hand sketch of the bag/satchel or the code of a bag/satchel you want to change.
  4. The colours required in the bag/satchel.
  5. The logo/logos required to be branded on the article along with the PMS colours used in the logo's.
  6. Any other relevant information that will be helpful in getting the products made to your requirements.

What will you get before the production starts?

  1. A couple of drawings of the proposed work.
  2. When the drawings have been finalised, a made up sample along with the logos, printed or embroidered will be requested.
  3. Upon the acceptance of the sample as correct, production will then commence.

Other types of products.
There are many different types of products available to be indented. Some have a shorter delivery time and some also have a lower quantity requirement.

Payment: Upon the acceptance of the sample, a 60% deposit is required before the order goes into production.
