In the event of a product failing to meet the high quality standard set by Roma Enterprises Ltd, after delivery to the purchaser, we will replace or repair any such faults other than perishables eg: Batteries etc.
Clothing, under this guarantee, will be judged on a case by case basis.
Goods are to be returned to Roma Enterprises at the customers expence unless other arrangements are made prior to the return on the faulty product.
In the event of the product being unable to be repaired, and there is no other suitable stock available, the cost of the article including postage will be refunded.
